Self catering stone barn conversion set in 2 acres of grounds, tastefully decorated and furnished, built in 2013.. We offer a quiet location ideal for rest and relaxation, nicely situated between Portreath and Porthtowan, both have great beaches.Ideally placed for touring Cornwall being only 5mins away from main A30, you can choose to use your car, or go by bicycle or even on foot on the Coast to Coast Tramway.A Lovely quiet complex with no young children to disturb the peace and quiet. Children 11 and over acceptedThe barns are available from 2pm on your arrival day, we will greet you with the keys.Vacation by 10am.

“Great place, lovely people, fantastic location!”

3 The Barns has all you need for a great break in Cornwall. A fantastic location with easy access to the rest of Cornwall by foot, bike, bus or car. Everything you need is in the property (don't forget your own towels). Will definitely return!!

“Lovely and quiet place”

Stay in the cottage for a week, love it, the location was peaceful and beautiful, by car it’s very easy to get to places, have a Tesco superstore just 6 minutes from the cottage, and it’s near of A30. James and Rosemary was very friendly and helpful, the most important I feel safe to open the window at night and leave my staff during my outing.

“Quiet, peaceful and relaxing.”

The setting is quiet and peaceful. Waking up to watching a peaceful stream by the barn was a real treat. The accommodation was clean and cosy, and the location perfect for exploring St Ives, St Agnes, Perranporth and Holywell and Crantock beaches. A perfect peaceful stay for me. Thank you.

Had a very peaceful week here. Great base for visiting the whole of Cornwall. Highly recommend a visit to Truro and the Rising Sun Pub for a bite to eat

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If James/Rosemary (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
