The House stands on a plot of land of 5,000 square meters, at the foot of the ' old ', scenic plateau overlooking Corleone, surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation.
Of recent construction, comprises, downstairs, a large living room with kitchen and laundry facilities, comfortable bedroom and bathroom with shower.
Upstairs: three comfortable bedrooms, one with attached bathroom.
The upstairs floor is finished with idrolavabile painting.
The House is equipped with a tank with water from a nearby source.
Possibility of walks and mountain excursions (upon request) near:-Old Mountain Plateau-Corleone famous for waterfalls of the two fortresses and the old jail now Franciscan convent 1 km-Lake of Scanzano 15 miles.
-Forest and Reggia di Ficuzza at the foot of the massif of Rocca Busambra 1600 m 15 km. with:-bike lanes;
-Hiking trails;
-The Carpenter with its chestnut trees;
-Porcini mushrooms.
-Godrano delve into the civilization in this area demonstrates the working cycles of bread, cheese, oil, and wine.
Terme di Cefaladiana on the slopes of Pizzo Chiarastella nature reserve, is the only monument of the Arab age remained still intact in its singular beauty.
Not served by public transport, guests must have own car.
