Comoda casa, villa in campagna con ingresso sulla strada statale 113 tra Trapani e Calatafimi Segesta in posizione strategica per visitare i numerosi siti turistici(Segesta,Selinunte,Erice,Isole Egadi,Mozia Marsala etc.) della provincia di Trapani a trenta minuti dalla casa ma anche Palermo a km.65 cinquanta minuti e Catania 280 Km tre ore
La casa è fornita di tutto,internet wifi ,gas,energia elettrica,utensili cucina,forno elettrico,forno microonde,ferro da stiro,asciugacapelli,aspirapolvere,playstation,tv satellitare,radio cd,libri,sedie giardino,ombrelloni,coperte e lenzuola letti,ventilatori e stufe,giochi per bambini.
All'arrivo degli ospiti omaggio di alcuni prodotti agricoli biologici della proprietà come olio di oliva,vino,arance,limoni,inoltre gli ospiti possono raccogliere i frutti nella proprietà.
