Description
Sea view Suite is located on the first floor of the historic palazzo De Seta Fork (also called Licata di Baucina), built in neo-Gothic style around the middle of the 19th century by the Marquis.
The ancient residence is located above the city walls, on the remains of the bastion Vega and on the door of the Greeks built in the 14th century, and opens on one side on the road Column (Foro Italico) and on piazza Kalsa, the heart of the old Arab quarter and where stands the Baroque church of s. Teresa dated 1686.
The "walls" strongly characterizes the fresh little suite that has an independent access from the rest of the apartment. It has a living room equipped with all comforts in order to have breakfast or to relax on a comfortable sofa. The master bedroom as well as the previous one is equipped with a fan, in this case, and access to the exclusive use of bath. Both environments have large openings Windows that overlook the foro italico crossing the ancient walls to well over one meter. Impactful in the area living the vintage library that follows the trend of inclined wall.
On request you can receive a third and a fourth guest using the sofa bed placed in the first stanza or insert in the bedroom a crib for your baby.
In a strategic position with respect to all the historic centre you can visit every monument that is part moving walk. A few meters from the square you will find bars, pubs, restaurants and small supermarkets. A little further on near piazza Marina you will find the most local of movida Palermo. Numerous monuments and public spaces present in the historic district; among them are the botanical gardens, the Villa Giulia, Palazzo Abatellis, the Stronger, the Pang, bring it Gladly, Il loggiato San Bartolomeo, the Vucciria market and so much more.

Response from the owner Il vostro soggiorno nella suite è stato nel periodo in cui c'è la festa della patrona della città che dura circa una settimana. In quel periodo la piazza ed i suoi dintorni si trasformano, numerosi chioschetti di cibo e bevande si installano temporaneamente nella strada dove avvengono anche concerti e mercati con l'inevitabile accumulo di immondizia. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia dei locali basta guardare le recensioni della suite sugli altri siti. Di certo non è un palazzo nuovo anzi il suo fascino stà proprio nella storia e quindi non si possono pretendere i comfort di una casa moderna che di certo snaturerebbero il luogo.
