Description
Alga villa is on the steep wooded hillside above the road to Cefalù, a good 15 minutes walk from the main sandy beach but with other beaches nearer by. Not only the situation is charming, it's a big property where there are other villas, the house itself is delightful, very comfortably furnished to a good standard with a secluded terrace and private areas among the trees.
It's a groundfloor apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, separate well equipped kitchen, bathroom. The house is small, but there is everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
Cefalù, beautiful seaside resort is only one mile far, and there you can find every kind of amusements and amenities, a large choice of restaurants and a lot of possibilities of shopping . A new exciting water park is just one mile away and a wonderful 18 hole international standard golf course is only 7 miles far.

The garden is huge, almost a park , 30000 meters square, andi t's shared with other villas in the same property.
A large swimming pool is only five minutes walk.

“simple bungalow, very convenient location, great for families”
we very much enjoyed staying at Villa Alga, it's a semi-detached property in a small development with some other similar single-storey houses, but there was no-one else around during our Easter stay. lots of space for the kids to roam, away from the road. Very handy for Cefalu, you definitely need a car though. The bungalow is clean and simply furnished but there's everything you need. we enjoyed the trees around the house and the barbecue. nearest pasticceria less than one km, supermarket 1.5 km.
