Description
Marine protected OASIS ' Cyclops ' island, at the Centre of the village of Reluctantly: ACITREZZA, lies this beautiful apartment with independent entrance.
Enjoys a splendid view of the faraglioni of Acitrezza and the island Lachea, 5 metres from the sea.
The House, remodeled in October 2013, is totally air-conditioned, has angular terrace overlooking the sea, furnished with a multicultural, flowery, chairs and tables and chairs.
The House, equipped with burglar alarms and safe, has two bedrooms (a double room with private bathroom, one with two single beds) and two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bath).
The independent kitchen (overlooking private courtyard, where is located the washing machine), is equipped with a large fridge, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, microwave, Toaster, etc.
The living room with dining area (8, extendable table) has a large sofa that converts to a double bed.
In front there is a small bathhouse.

Strategically located in addition to enjoy the sea, the House can be a good base for exploring Sicily: 7 Km to Acireale (town of a hundred churches and homeland of the Sicilian baroque); 6 km Catania; 1 miles Austin (and the famous castello normanno);

“Ideal apartment by the sea”
This is a superbly finished and equipped apartment. Located on the Sea Front, there is only a road and beach club between the terrace and the sea. The road is not really that busy and does not detract from the views over the sea. There are many excellent eating establishments very close by , 2 mini markets in the village and a supermarket about 5 miles away, the drive from the airport is about 35 minutes. There is an underground garage on the site, BUT access is quite difficult and it will only take a car up to Punto size. Small niggles, the trip switch for the electricity is VERY sensitive and putting 2 cooker rings on at the same time tripped the power. We could not find a corkscrew, ( but there are 2 bottle openers on the wall ! ) and there were no wine glasses. If you get a chance, take a boat ride from the harbour on the "barque Ullisee", only 10 Euros each and well worth it for 2 hours, including a swimming stop. Overall, more than happy to recommend. The owner is very helpful and always responded quickly to ant queries.
