This beautiful villa is nestled in the ruins of ancient Noto and the famous lakes of Cavagrande, ten minutes from the beautiful coastline of Eloro and Isola delle Correnti, the natural reserve of Vendicari, UNESCO Heritage, ten minutes from Noto, the most fascinating sicilian baroque town of the 18th Century, where they produce the famous sweet wine "Moscato di Noto" and only 30 minutes from Ortigia, the beautiful historic center of Siracusa.
This property has been recently renovated and furnished by the owner, a local artist, who took care of the details.
Ideal for 6 guestes, there are two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other one with sofa bed), a nice bathroom and a large living/dining room equipped with a flat screen TV , DVD, Dolby surround, WI-FI, Stereo and a Sofa-bed/Futon.
In the large outdoor terrace there is a barbeque and two Hammocks!
You can have Fun & Relax...now also with the newly private Pool built just in front of a wonderful panorama with sun lounge area!
There are sunbed tunning to use in the lawn close to the pool or in the terrace or wherever you want in the garden.
The closest supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy are at 6 km of distance (in Testa dell'Acqua).
The distance from the closest beaches is about 15km.

I'm totally at the disposal of my guests, I like to establish a good relationship with them and help them as much as possible to enjoy the holiday in my house!
The neighbors are around but you don't see them, there are spaces to not hear any noise even if you are not completely isolated!
