The perfect location to enjoy all the attractions of Brevard. Our suite includes off street parking, private entrance, two queen beds, private bathroom, sitting area, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, Cable TV and wireless internet.

The Neighborhood

Very safe, quit neighborhood. Franklin Park (The Big Play) and the Brevard municipal pool are both within one block.

Getting around

Downtown, Brevard College, coffee shop, shopping, restaurants, grocery store, and several churches are all within easy walking distance.

How do damage deposits work?

If Robert (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
