This large colorful, cozy and luminous 150m2 apartment with mobile wireless Internet is located in the center of the peaceful town of Riposto, near the Marina of the Port of Etna, the largest touristic seaport in Sicily.
The apartment is optimal for two-three couples looking for a romantic holiday, or for a group of friends. The guests will have access to 4 rooms (3 rooms only in case of 4 guests or less), spacious kitchen with veranda, 2 bathrooms, very long balcony, entrance hall and long corridor. In addition, for guests arriving by car, a free parking place inside the building is available and surrounded by green areas.
The promenade near the Marina offers the opportunity to visit delicious restaurants during the evenings or have romantic walks. Riposto, thanks to its proximity to Etna, offers the chance of experiencing a mountain excursion at 3000m above the sea level, and a dive in the Ionian sea all within the same day.
The apartment is part of a 3 floors building with a fully renovated facade. Each of the 4 independent large rooms is decorated and coloured differently. The yellow room is furnished with a comfortable queen size bed with orthopedic mattress and a spacious modern-style wardrobe. The red room is furnished with a queen size bed and a classical-style very large wardrobe with several mirrors. The orange room (pictures will be uploaded soon) is furnished with two single beds and a very large wardrobe. The blue room is suitable as a living or dinner room with a large table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with dishes, cutlery and pots for cooking. It has an extensible dinner table for 6 people, and is connected to an ample veranda and a very long 33m balcony surrounding all the apartment. There are two bathrooms: one with bathtub, and the second one with shower box. The usage of two bathrooms makes a holiday for 4-8 people much more comfortable than using only a single bathroom for all.
ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND FACILITIES
To guarantee a comfortable stay, the apartment also is equipped with FREE mobile wireless internet (limited data volume) that can be carried also outside the home (for example, internet on the beach), radio, gas stoves, gas oven, electric coffee maker, blender, traditional italian espresso coffee maker, electric chopper, mixer, iron, iron board, double glass windows for sound insulation. Available also a free parking place inside the building, and a private garage at an additional cost.
