La villa è costituita da 2 appartamenti indipendenti...quello al piano superiore è abitato dai proprietari

Locazione a titolo privato appartamento piano giardino con 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, 1 cucina, 1 salone-soggiorno, ingresso e disimpegni in 250 mq di superficie abitabile
2 zone pranzo, una indoor nel salone-soggiorno provvisto di aria condizionata per il periodo estivo e l'altra outdoor nella veranda aperta su 300 mq di giardino con prato all'inglese e alberi d'ulivo sparsi che fanno da cornice alla piscina (f.t.) e al solarium provvisto di gazebo e lettini prendisole
L'appartamento in villa è dotato di impianto di aria condizionata (pompe di calore) e di riscaldamento centralizzato per trascorrere confortevoli vacanze anche nei periodi un po' più freddi dell'inverno.

La vicina spiaggia di 'S.Vito', a poche centinaia di metri dalla villa, e quella più lontana di 'Tonnarella' offrono tutti i servizi balneari necessari per trascorrere meravigliose giornate al mare
Facilmente raggiungibili importanti siti naturalistici, archeologici e museali come la Riserva Naturale Orientata del "Lago Preola e Gorghi Tondi", la "Valle dei Templi" di Agrigento, Selinunte, Segesta, Le Cave di Cusa, l'isola di Mothia e la caratteristica città medievale di Erice che si erge sull'omonimo monte tra castelli, mura e giardini dominando la città di Trapani Dalla vicina città di Marsala si raggiungono le affascinanti isole Egadi con aliscafi e traghetti Buona vacanza !
