This lovely detached bungalow is situated in the seaside village of Polzeath and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.Godolphin is a welcoming detached bungalow set in the village of Polzeath. With sea views, this cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms, consisting of two twin bedrooms and one room with adult bunk beds, as well as a bathroom and additional separate basin and WC. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with open fire. Outside there's off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue. Godolphin is a convenient base for families, surfers and walkers with plenty of places and attractions to enjoy in the area.
Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable storage for surf boards. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk. Note: Although this is a no pet property, the owners occasionally stay at the cottage with their dog.
Region: Cornwalls visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britains premier holiday destinations.
Town: The seaside village of Polzeath boasts a sandy beach and a number of small shops, cafes and restaurants. Just over seven miles away is the popular market town of Wadebridge, which is set alongside the River Camel and offers an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as North Cornwall's only family-owned cinema. Also the town of Padstow, with its harbour, pastel-washed, medieval houses and celebrated restaurants is within reach.
