Description
The house lies close to the Mediterranean sea, in a natural setting of great scenic beauty. And 'it surrounded by an orange grove, in a relaxing and very private environment. The villa can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a large veranda, a living space including open kitchen and living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a storeroom. E 'fully furnished, both inside and outside. The Seccagrande sea is easily reachable in just 3 minutes. The neighboring beaches still have a wild appearance, typical of the Mediterranean. Driving along Highway 115 "Orientale Sicula", along the sea, each output is a gateway to the most beautiful beaches in the area, including the "nature reserve mouth of the river Platani", Borgo Bonsignore, Eraclea Minoa, Bovo Marina and "natural reserve Torre Salsa". Here the myth is the background and evokes the history of the Greeks with the presence of numerous archaeological evidence of the past: greek archaeological site of Eraclea Minoa dating from the sixth century BC (Antiquarian); Valley of the Temples in Agrigento; Selinunte Archaeological Park. The close distance to the seaside resort of Seccagrande offers easy access to the shops of primary importance (bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, tobacconist, pubs, ATMs, restaurants and pizzerias). The location is strategic to visit the city of Sciacca and Agrigento. In addition to sports fans (running and biking), the area offers charming paths in direct contact with citrus and olive groves. The dwelling rules are linked to common sense. It 'strongly advised to smoke in the porch to allow all guests to enjoy a pleasant stay. We kindly request you to make the collection. And 'welcome the presence of dogs and cats. During your stay you will have included: 1) sheets and towels 2) tableware and cooking utensils 3) needed for the bath and shower On arrival we will give you some useful indications for an immediate understanding of the places to visit. We live 15 minutes by car from the house. We are always available if you or feel the need to contact us. We look forward to visit our company to fans of agriculture and will be our pleasure to make you find on arrival a organic fruit basket for a delicious taste of the delights of our production (prickly pears, grapes, oranges, apricots, figs, plums , peaches, persimmons) in relation to the harvest period. We just have to wish you happy holidays!
