In a renovated private mansion, splendid attic 50 meters from the beach of Balestrate, elegantly furnished for maximum comfort during your holidays. 80 square meters + another 60 square meters of terrace equipped with tables and chairs; composed of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 sofa bed for 2 squares, 1 bathroom with very large shower, 1 laundry room complete with washing machine, a large living room-lounge, built-in kitchen (complete with dishes). air conditioning in the double bedroom. The apartment is characterized not only by its sober and comfortable furnishings, but also by the maximum attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Beach equipped with lido (from 15 June to 15 September), a few steps away pizzerias and bars. The town center is within walking distance (1Km). Bus stop at 30 meters and train station at 1Km. Balestrate is a seaside resort located in the center of the Gulf of Castellammare, 30 minutes from Palermo and Trapani, and only 15 minutes from the Falcone-Borsellino airport. The location is ideal for those who want to spend their holidays in peace and in contact with nature: the natural reserves of Zingaro, Capo Rama and Alcamo with their magnificent coasts and seabeds are very close. The place is also suitable for those who want to visit the many places of great cultural interest such as Segesta, Selinunte, Erice, Monreale .... This apartments is very nice but a little basic in a few areas but it sleeps 4 very comfortably with a double sofa bed in the kitchen. But not to forget the lovely views which you can see when you eat… More
