A stunning converted Victorian Chapel and School House with period features, 'Bayswater' accommodation includes 4 large double bedrooms, conservatory, large walled garden, decking with bbq and a hot tub with countryside views across to St Ives Bay.Less than a mile from one of Cornwall's biggest and most picturesque sandy bay with sand dunes and a breath taking beach stretching from Hayle to Godrevy lighthouse. Gwithian sands is the longest unbroken stretch of beach in Cornwall and offers countless surfing breaks. The area is also known as a kitesurfing and windsurfing hotspot.The South West Coastal Path meanders through the dunes leading to Hayle, Carbis Bay and St Ives in one direction and Godrevy Lighthouse, Portreath and Porthtowan in the other.There are several excellent golf courses nearby with the parkland course at Tehidy and the Links course of West Cornwall at Lelant. 20 minutes in any direction takes you to Truro, Penzance, St Ives and it is about 25 minutes to Falmouth and Helston where you can explore the Helford River and Lizard peninsular.

Please note that there is a £350 fully or part refundable security deposit required to provide some insurance against damage, which includes damage and/or additional cleaning, draining/re-filling of the hot tub.

Getting around

Penzance, Truro, the Lizard, Falmouth and St Ives are all within 20-40 mins and there is a bus stop at the end of the lane. Buses run direct to Truro, St Ives, Penzance and St Erth railway station. The beach is about a 20 min walk. To get the most from your stay and to allow you to explore all the attractions West Cornwall has to offer you really need your own vehicle.

“Excellent accommodation for couples”

Excellent, spacious and comfortable accommodation, beautifully furnished with everything you need. Lovely conservatory and patio with hot tub and good sized enclosed garden for the dog. Good location for visiting the south-west.
