Beautiful Silver standard designed for Park Resorts 2013 Willerby Sunset.

DOUBLE GLAZED, CENTRALLY HEATED, RADIATORS IN EVERY ROOM INCLUDING THE LANDING A MODERN ELECTRIC FIRE IN THE LIVING ROOM AND AN OPEN ALL YEAR PARK. THIS HOLIDAY HOME IS PERFECT FOR ANY SEASON!!

Our family holiday home is a modern, comfortable, fully-furnished 3-bedroom static caravan sited in the ever popular Valley Farm Park Resorts Clacton-on-Sea.

It has 1 double bed in the main bedroom, and 2 single beds in each of the 2 smaller rooms. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. So a total of 8 people can sleep comfortably. Pillows, duvets and fresh bed linen are provided. I do not provide towels. Fully equipped kitchen with a large gas oven with grill and 4 hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge freezer.Plenty of storage space, and all kitchen utensils are provided. Triangular dining table with sofa-style seating round it and two stools. The lounge area has plenty of seating space with a modern electric fire, TV with free view. two toilet rooms one with a good strong shower.

THE PARK has a wide range of facilities to offer, Valley Farm Holiday Park in Clacton on-Sea is perfect for an action packed family holiday. Heated outdoor and indoor swimming pool, toddlers pool, play ground, shop, launderette, hairdressers, show bar, restaurant, WiFi, kids clubs, evening and live entertainment, plus the Clacton pier, sea front and town centre not far from the park, there is plenty for the whole family to enjoy. The Colchester Castle and town centre are around 35 minutes drive from the park and Colchester Zoo just a little further. Please refer to the park website for a wider list of activities, availability and attractions.

WIFI: There is park wide wifi at an additional cost. guests will need to create an account with the winfinity provider and pay as required. Wifi is not included in the rental price.

PARKING is at our own risk. Please do not park on the grass. Not available for big commercial vans.

PLEASE NOTE Strictly no smoking inside the caravan. No stag/hen or similar group parties (park rule), THE PERSON BOOKING MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 AND BE A MEMBER OF THE GROUP. Check in 3 pm, but please let us know if this time is not convenient. Check out by 10 am although you may stay in the park as long as your passes allow.

No refund will be issued in the event that the park security evicts you due to nuisance, violence, misconduct or any other form of unreasonable behavior.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided for holiday lets, but towels, toiletries and shower products need to be provided by you.

It is your responsibility to keep yourself and those in your group party safe.

Children are the responsibility of the adults. We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover prior to arrival.

Your booking is made as a consumer for the purpose of a holiday and you acknowledge that no liability can be accepted for any business losses suffered or incurred by you.

No bedding or lining charges and beds are freshly made and ready for your arrival. Wifi not available in the caravan unless booked via wifinity.
