Casa Playa Vista is an incredible, luxury home located in the heart of Manuel Antonio with access to a secluded beach. This homes prime location provides tremendous privacy, exclusivity, amazing views and a beach below the house that awaits just you and yours. With over 6000 square feet of climate controlled living space on 3 levels and 5 bedrooms with 4 1/2 baths, this Casa is an extremely spacious Estate home.
The unique floating bridge entrance along with the media room that has a full wall projection TV, wine refrigerator, ice maker and complete entertaining area that opens to an amphitheater style water feature are just a few of the many touches that make this home stand out from all of the others, not to mention, access to a private beach! Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, almond wood floors, railings and stairs are lust a few of the deluxe finishes in this home.
The massive Master suite features a mini bar, refrigerator,coffee pot, Jacuzzi tub, separate shower jets, double sinks and a walk in closet.
