A modern, self-catering, first floor apartment, which is an annexe to the owners property. Set in the heart of the North Essex Countryside, it has extensive views over open fields. Come and explore the many miles of footpaths, local attractions, such as Castle Hedingham and the Colne Valley Railway, and the beautiful villages of Eastern England from this tranquil location. Key Info:- First floor annexe in a separate property in the grounds of Pond House. 1 King size bed that can be split into twin beds. Travel cot available on request. If you require additional accommodation, please see listing 594020 for Pond View, which has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests.- Large, shared, dog-proof garden.- Up to 2 well behaved, friendly dogs welcome. Miles of footpaths through farm-land, close to the Colne Valley Path.- Car essential - parking by front door.- Cyclists welcome - lockable garage for bikes.- Close to wedding venues at Castle Hedingham, Finchingfield, Gosfield hall and others. A 3 night stay rate available. Maximum duration of 30 nights for any 1 booking.

Please note that there are steep, external stairs to the front door of Field View, which may not suit people with limited mobility and some large dogs.

Please note that the WiFi connection to the internet is now fast (Download - up to 300 mbps) due to a County Broadband, fibre into the house, installation.

How do damage deposits work?
