Villa locates close to beautiful sand beach Mazzaforno, there is a bar – snack coffee shop, open in high season on the beach. In encirclement is delightful landscape with greens and big rocks strewed by nature, pine-trees, unforgettable Sicilian mountains and azure sea with 4 islands which possible to see from terrace. Near the entrance is green terrace with dinner table. In addition in garden are well-arranged barbecue. And there is grand beautiful fantastic garden 1400qm. The house has sea view. We have free Internet WIFI you can use it also in terrace if you want. Apartment 85qm of space consist: well equipped kitchen, living room with sofa (for 2 additional sleepers)+ we can set 1-2 extra bed for adult with supplement , 2 bedrooms twin and double + 1 cradle (cot) bed for children max 6 years old (on request), bathroom with washing machine, max 6+1persons + 1 baby, terrace with garden furniture. Private parking place. Wonderful, carefully grown garden encircle this house with palms, cypress, and numerous another botanic exemplars. Garden is swamping in flowers and enliven by fountain. Fresh seasonal fruits from garden are for guests. Transfer, house keeping, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, gas, water, electricity for extra pay. Close to the house, and closely to the beach, there is good open public swimming pool 33x16 meters, you can see it in photo with sea view, this swimming pool do not belong to us!, so you can use it with entrance payment. About 25 minutes walking there is amazing acquapark, your children will like to visit it. There is similar accommodation closely, if you have numerous company max till 32 persons. Villa located in prestigious district Mazzaforno, c/da Ogliasrillo and only about 3 km from centre of Cefalu. 25 minutes of walking distance to the modern center (via Roma). Nearest airport - Palermo 60 min., Catania 120 min. 5 min walking distance is new big sport centre with football field, and another sport facilities and also near, 2 min and 3 min distance are the best pizzeria of Cefalu, pizzeria “Play Ground”and good restaurant, musical hall “Ogliastrillo”. Close to the house and another, second beach Sette Frati, in the good walking zone, if you like to walk, we have very beautiful Duke castle with park and church, the tower of castel allegedly belongs to the Roman era! in the summer period, high season in this church there is church service, so you can visit this place, it is free. Please be informed!!!! that in check in date you should to pay extra: fee for gas, water and electricity 1,79 euro per night per person if total number of persons 4 or more and 3,58 euro. Cefalu is well-known European seaside resort with beautiful medieval, full of history town in the heart.
We advise you rent our car Fiat Grande Punto with price from 25 euro per day.

Cefalu is the most beautiful place of Sicily. On the central square upraise Duomo cathedral, ancient monastery and watching towers on the cape tops of seaside mountains. Possible organize excursion in Castelbuono, it's not so far distance, town with affecting panoramic Mountain View, visit their ancient castle. There are too much different excursions and beautiful places to visit. I am a tourist guide and will give you all necessary information. Thanks of position of this house and Cefalu' in general you will be close to the main exits on the high ways to Catania, Etna and Taormina, Palermo and Messina. Also from Cefalu, comfort train during the night bring you to the Rome, you can stay there for 2 days before leave the Italy. From Cefalu port you can go to the Eolian islands. Cefau the best place to stop for see whole Sicily!
