This charming, end-terrace cottage near Hawkshead sleeps four people in two bedrooms.3 Vale View sits less than half a mile from the heart of Hawkshead in the lovely Lake District National Park. A charming, whitewashed end-terrace cottage, it offers upside down accommodation over two floors. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, whilst on the first floor is a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and cosy open fire. Guests can relax beside the warming flicker of the fire. Outside, the cottage is surrounded by sweeping countryside, with a side patio with furniture and BBQ, where you can enjoy the afternoon sunshine with an alfresco lunch. There's also off road parking for two cars set across the road from the cottage. 3 Vale View is a welcoming cottage in a wonderful area, perfect for your Lake District holiday.
Amenities: Electric central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, iPod dock, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available. Exclusive parking for 1 car in front of the property and signed ' parking for 3 Vale View' - Additional layby parking nearby - first come first served. Please do not park in the parking area labelled PRIVATE - as these belong to neighbours. Bike storage available in un-locked shed on right, for added security bring your own Bike Locks. Enclosed side patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Maximum 4 guests including infants

“Lovely Views, Lovely Garden - Great Location”
Hawkshead is ideal - I found the garden lovely to just relax with a drink and a book. The cottage position meant the views from the living room window were fantastic - great to just sit and stare. Eve… More
