Description
Nightingale Mews is perched behind Nightingale House, with private access through a pair of wrought iron gates which front onto the harbour. It is a stunning newly-built single storey property which has been carefully designed to a high standard and benefits from reserved off-road parking for 1 car.
Located right in the heart of Falmouth, it has a versatile selection of restaurants nearby in Event Square, and the range of unique independent and large chain shops in Falmouth town a few minutes away. You can easily get the ferry down to Truro, explore the local beaches, or drive to nearby attractions including Pendennis Castle and the Eden Project. Nightingale Mews is a 15-20 minute walk from the Blue Flag Gyllyngvase Beach, a crescent shaped white stretch of sand, ideal for family bathing and watersports.
In the living area you’ll find two wing chairs and a sofa, the perfect place to relax during the day or catch up in the evening. Large patio doors lead out to the garden which is shared with Nightingale House. They let in plenty of light, give you great outside views, and make it easy to sample the Cornish fresh air. A flatscreen television with Freeview and a Blu-ray player is perfect for spending a couple of cosy nights in with a film.
Bedroom one has a super-king bed (which can be made up as two singles if required) while bedroom two has a double bed.
Each bedroom has two bedside tables, a hanging rail wardrobe, dresser and chair. An iPod dock and flatscreen television provide plenty of opportunities for entertainment, and large patio doors from both bedrooms give you easy access to the garden. En-suite bathrooms for both rooms feature a bath with a shower over in one and large walk-in shower in the other.
Have a party bigger than four? Nightingale House sleeps up to eight, and for even larger groups you can hire both properties together, giving you space for twelve people.
