Casa/Villetta per 2 o 4 persone in Residence privato sono dotata di:
1 camera da letto con letto matrimoniale,
1 cucina soggiorno con divano letto e WI-FI,
1 bagno con doccia + lavatrice,
1 veranda esterna con pergolato con vista sulla spiaggia, dotata di tavolo, sedie, barbecue, sdraio, tubo esterno per doccia all'aperto e 2 piccoli giardini annessi.
1 posto auto privato
Sarà richiesto un costo supplementare extra obbligatorio per ciascuna prenotazione.
Sarà richiesto il deposito cauzionale di 100,00€uro e sarà rimborsabile dopo la fine del soggiorno, previo controllo dello stato dei luoghi.
Affitto a settimana "standard" va da sabato (inizio soggiorno ore 13.00)
a sabato (fine soggiorno ore 10.00), con obbligo di riconsegna in buono stato.

San Vito lo Capo is an beautyful village with an outstanding beach! The apartment is very nice and Alessia is a perfect host! We'll come back again!
