This barn conversion is on the owner's working farm in the hamlet of Milton near Brampton in the Lake District and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.The Barn is a barn conversion on the owner's working farm in the hamlet of Milton near Brampton in Cumbria. The property sleeps six people in three bedrooms, comprising of a super king-size double with an en-suite, a king-size double with an en-suite and a final ground floor twin room. There is also a ground floor bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburner. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a lawned garden with a patio and furniture and a hot tub. The Barn is ideal for a large family or couples to get away from it all and relax.
Amenities: Electric wall heaters with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lockable bike storage. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Sole use of hot tub all year round. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: There are 3 steps to access property at front.
Please note - Two bedrooms upstairs have low beams.
