Description

Suite Escape is the lower level of our home with your own private deck and private entrance. It is newly renovated and beautifully decorated. It has a large living room with kitchenette, queensize futon sofa sleeper, and Cable TV with a DVD player. The kitchenette has quartz countertops and rustic alder cabinets. It is equipt with a fullsize refrigerator, large toaster/convection oven, microwave oven, electric skillet, Keureg coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, blender, and stovetop burner. The dining table can be set for 2-4, and there also is a cafe table on the deck for 2.

The spaceous bedroom has a kingsize bed with a bed warmer! Cable TV also in the bedroom. The full bathroom has bathtub/ shower.

The deck runs the full length of the home, and there is also outdoor seating. Beautiful views of the north side of Maggie Valley.

We are only .4 mile from the highway, but it is quiet and peaceful. Close to the Maggie Valley fairgrounds.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Lynda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
