LOVELY FAMILY HOLIDAY COMPLEX WITH GREAT FACILITIES ...... Nr PERRANPORTH ---- 3 properties on this charming resort, Set in acres of countryside, with great facilities.

Great Central location -- Nr Perranporth + St Agnes

These 3 properties might vary slightly. When 1 or more of these properties are not available - we will book a similar property with the resort.

We have a few lovely properties on this resort .... these properties all have 3 bedrooms, lounge + kitchen area and bathroom.

So together these 3 properties have 9 bedrooms ..... all beds can be made up for 18 guests. All properties have well equipped kitchen with fridge, oven / hob, microwave, plenty of utensils pots pans etc.

GREAT FACILITIES HERE -- avail March to end October :-

Please note that if Facilities are required, there is a small charge of £5 per guest for Facilities Pass. This is due before your arrival. :-

This resort is set in acres of countryside .... ideal for children to relax and play. This listing is to book all three properties .......... if you wish to book just 1 property here ....... You can see our other listings

Each property has open plan kitchen and lounge area, Well equipped with everything you could need for your holiday. Modern decor with a lovely coastal theme. Family bathroom with over bath shower, wc and sink.

We can not accept bookings for groups of under 25s booking together. This is a family resort --- ideal for families and couples.

PLEASE BE AWARE --- Only booked guests are permitted to the holiday Park and in the properties. These properties can not be used for parties or to invite extra guests.

WIFI is available at the Reception building -- Not at the actual properties.

PLEASE NOTE: We can accept a dog at certain times. Please check with us before booking if you wish to bring a dog, as we can not always accept a dog. There is the cleaning and vacuuming charge of £45 for 1 dog. ...... please contact us 1st if you wish to bring a dog. We do have strict conditions when bringing a dog, so it is vital to contact us before booking ---- This is not always available.

Getting around

This is a great central location in Cornwall, it is advisable to have a car ..... but there is a bus route to Newquay, perranporth ...... and to Truro in the opposite direction.

We love to get our guests in the mood for your holiday, with lots of information and aerial videos of Cornwall ....... and free brochures in the post. We send all details directions etc bbefore your holiday

“Worst experience ever”

We were group of 12 adults and 8 kids Took 3 house for easter holidays . House no 57 .60 and 85 No 85 had water pipe broken and all bedroom was wet and water was flowing like waterfall from bathroom to hall downstairs . Had to get new room . All rooms electricity was on and off for every 5 mins . No heater . No hot water . Had to buy food at 10 pm.maintaince was very poor

Response from the owner Unfortunately in this business, there will always be the odd group of guests like this who behave really badly, and cause alot of upset at this holiday resort, then leave a bad review to detract from this !! This is a shame as most guests that we have are just lovely, and really appreciate everything that we do for them, sending free Cornwall brochures and information to them, letting them arrive early at the property when possible etc etc, and ensuring that our properties are beautifully presented and lovely for their holiday ! .......... we have received complaints from the Holiday Resort about the way that you have behaved here. There are also many items missing from the property, and you ignore my messages asking where these are ! It is such a shame you could not be truthfull in your review x
