This 17th century, terraced cottage on the edge of the town of Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria and sleeps five people in three bedrooms.89 High Street is a 17th century, stone-built, terraced cottage on the outskirts of the town of Kirkby Stephen in Cumbria. The cottage sleeps five people in three bedrooms which are a second floor twin, a double and a single. The rest of the cottage includes a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area for three guests and a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off road parking for two cars, a front lanwed garden and a rear patio with a BBQ. 89 High Street is a delightful cottage, an ideal choice to enjoy a holiday in this area at any time of the year.

Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Front lawned garden and rear patio with BBQ. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: Steep stairs to second floor, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Second floor bedroom has low sloping ceiling and beams. Note: Two stone steps from back door and five stone steps on patio with high drop with fenced upper level, children to be supervised at all times.
