This beautiful spacious villa located in resort seaside zone, you will have the wonderful sand beach ONLY IN 20 METERS FROM HOUSE!!! THIS HOUSE IN FIRST LINE TO THE BEACH! on the beach you can find the typical Sicilian restaurants where you can enjoy fresh fish cooked by the best chefs in Sicily, bars with live music. There are a lot of places to eat and to spend time in lovely atmosphere. We have close to house both beaches: free public beach and equipped by sun beds beaches. Here more the 3 km of beach line, it is perfect for running also. If you like home food, there is supermarket in vicinities. The villa is approximately 10 minutes by car from Cefalu center, gorgeous Norman town , where you can visit the Cathedral, recently named a UNESCO heritage site , the medieval wash-house , the splendid fortress and castle. Please notice that max occupancy 9 persons only, we cannot accommodate here more persons. Cefalu' is about 56 km from the center of Palermo , about 75 km from the airport of Palermo, great place for families , great place to visit throughout Sicily , in fact we have in few minutes of driving the entrance to the highway that branches all highways in Sicily, the villa is composed of: garden with flowers, plants, barbecue, gazebo dining room: 2 spacious veranda with dinning table and armchairs, secure parking inside territory of the villa, 2 double bedroom with wardrobes and bedside tables where there is also a cot for baby, room with 3 single beds, kitchen, living room with tv, air conditioning, divan-sofa-bed for 2 persons and 2 bathrooms with shower, the services of the property are: air conditioning, barbecue, parking, washing machine. Transfer from airport, bed linen and towels, utilities for extra pay. Please be informed that in check in date you should to pay extra: fee for gas, water and electricity 1,79 euro per night per person if total number of persons 4 or more and 3,58 euro per night per person if you have 1-3 persons.We advise you rent our car Fiat Grande Punto with price from 34 euro per day, depend on the season.

Cefalu is the most beautiful place of Sicily. On the central square upraise Duomo cathedral, ancient monastery and watching towers on the cape tops of seaside mountains. Possible organize excursion in Castelbuono, it's not so far distance, town with affecting panoramic Mountain View, visit their ancient castle. Also in Cefalu accessible sea walking to islands Lipari and Vulcano, Panarea and Stromboli. You will have unforgettable impression from each 20 min. eruption of vulcano Stromboli. There are too much different excursions and beautiful places to visit. I am a tourist guide and will give you all necessary information. Cefalu developed tourist centre with full service for guests: many excellent restaurants, rent car and motorbike, souvenir, antiquarian and all omnifarious shops. Thanks of position of this house and Cefalu' in general you will be close to the main exits on the high ways to Catania, Etna and Taormina, Palermo and Messina. Also from Cefalu, comfort train during the night bring you to the Rome, you can stay there for 2 days before leave the Italy. From Cefalu port you can go to the Eolian islands. Cefau the best place to stop for see whole Sicily!
