This detached cottage with amazing far-reaching sea views is set in the small, picturesque, unspoilt fishing village of Coverack on the Lizard Peninsula and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Pretoria is a detached cottage, with amazing far-reaching sea views situated in the small, picturesque, unspoilt fishing village of Coverack on the Lizard Peninsula and can sleep six people in two king-size double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is also a family bathroom and shower room. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen, utility, dining room with electric fire, snug with woodburner and a first floor sitting room. To the outside there is roadside parking for 2 cars on a first come, first served basis with alternative parking in car parks nearby and enclosed lawned gardens with patio, furniture and barbecue. Pretoria is an excellent cottage for families or friends looking for a seaside break in this glorious region of Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD/Bluray, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking on a first come, first served basis (restricted during peak summer months). Alternative parking in public car parks nearby. Enclosed lawned gardens with patio, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking & no pets. Shop, pub and beach 5 mins walk.
