The cottage sleeps three people in two bedrooms which are a double and a single room. There is also a bathroom and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric coal-effect fire. Outside there is off road parking for one car and a shared lawned garden. Set within the Helman Tor nature reserve, Ravens Croft is a fantastic property to be used as a base by a couple or small family looking to explore this area.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, shared use of washing machine and tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car. Shared lawned garden with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: Water supply is from a borehole on-site. The water is double filtered and the supply is serviced once a year. Please note: due to the shared indoor communal areas legislation which has been released, there will be no shared laundry access until the 17th May.
