Located on the Lungomare di Campofelice di Roccella, in via Positano 8, Villa Giada is located 100 m from the sea and is only 200 m from the Campofelice di Roccella railway station from which you can reach the historic center of Cefalù in about 15 minutes , excellent starting point for excursions throughout Sicily. Villa Giada is a large independent villa, completely furnished and built inside: large open-space, n. 3 bedrooms (n.10 beds), n. 2 bathrooms and outside by: veranda with large garden, relaxation area, small terrace, outdoor shower and private parking (4 parking spaces). The villa has a floor area of 120 square meters and is equipped with everything necessary to make you spend a holiday in all serenity and freedom. It is equipped with all comforts: comfortable kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and crockery, bathroom with shower and bathtub, hairdryer, washing machine, n. 2 flat screen TVs, air conditioning, fans, barbecue, slide and swing for children, swimming pool for seasonal private use (15/06 to 15/09) and deck chairs. Villa Giada is located in an ideal area to combine a relaxing beach holiday with many opportunities for leisure and culture. They can be easily reached and visited: the Archeological Site of Himera (5km away), with the remains of the Doric Temple and the Antiquarium Museum; Torre Normanna della Roccella (1 km), a splendid fortress built during the Arab domination between the 9th and 12th centuries; Cefalù (10 km away), a renowned historical-cultural center and an important tourist destination that houses the ancient Cathedral, the Roman Wash, the Temple of Diana, the Rocca, the Mandralisca Museum; on site there is the possibility to book excursions to the Aeolian Islands, the Madonie villages and the Etna Volcano. Reachable in one day, Taormina, Agrigento, Erice, Catania-Etna, Siragusa, Ragusa. The price includes: Water Consumption, Light (up to 10 KWh per day), Gas, Wi-Fi Car and Motorcycle Parking.
