Description
The 1600's house is a classic Tuscan residential farmhouse, next to historic off the beaten track sites and priceless finds but so close to Florence, the local station, the European University Institute in Fiesole. The rooms are flooded with light, well heated in fresher climate ( heating is included in weekly costs) but truly fresh in the Summer months, thanks to its ancient thick walls and the surrounding greenery.
The property is full of charme, peaceful, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, with ample outdoor spaces, a gorgeous pool exclusive to the house ( since unheated it is available until September 30 only).
The bathroom is dated but in excellent working conditions and well equipped with a bathtub and small shower arm over the bath.
All rooms are well appointed and furnished in the classic Tuscan farm house style.
IMPORTANT NOTES
1- COVID-19:
The premises are rigorously cleaned and disinfected between guests’ stays.
2- About the pool:
Given the appreciated private location, its bucolic settings, the position of the pool (under beautiful ancient trees, please see images), the pool is disinfected, cleaned and maintained by the property owner but tools are provided to guests for them to look after it during their stay, for the occasional leaves and debris brought by the trees.
The pool is exclusive to the guests' residence and the owner's cottage. The owner and his family may occasionally use the pool but no other people except the owner with his family will access the pool during the guests stay.

We thank you for your other comments too and have been able to Implement them all, except the extra bathroom which requires a more complex course of action due to permits to intervene on the ancient property.
