Description

Designed with flexible living in mind, Surf is a bright, luxurious, spacious house spread over three floors, with uninterrupted views out to sea.

All principle rooms enjoy stunning sea views across the bay towards Pentire Head, with wide sweeping balconies and patio areas that make inviting spots to sit back with a glass of wine and admire the scenery.

Inside, the property has been carefully furnished for a welcoming appearance that makes relaxation easy with a high quality finish throughout. From the open plan living and eating area, patio doors lead out onto a large private balcony which is ideal for al fresco dining or taking a quiet moment while enjoying the sun setting over the wide sandy beach.

The property also has a large lower ground floor family room, which is ideal for older children to have their own space, with patio doors leading out to a private eating and dining area, and then on to the gently sloping gardens.

Surf has four bedrooms, two of which have private en suite bathrooms, a family bathroom and a separate cloakroom. In addition to the four bedrooms, the family room also has two double sofa beds, meaning that this property can sleep 8 in comfort and up to twelve on request. (There will be an additional cost for use of these sofa beds)

Outside, there are two private parking spaces and a useful surf store for safe storage of equipment.

A travel cot and high chair are available for babies.

During your stay here you will have a membership pass for free use of the on-site indoor heated pool, spa bath and tennis court.

All linen and towels (including tea towels) are provided, except beach/swimming towels. A Cornish Welcome Pack of practical essentials is included for the perfect start to your stay. (Milk, bread, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, washing machine tablets, for example)

Dogs are also very welcome in this property.

We would recommend having a car when staying here as it gives extra flexibility. If you arrive by air, we can organise for you to be picked up or you can hire a car from Newquay airport.

“Absolutely Fantastic house and views”

From the moment we pulled in the car park we could see the view and didn`t disappoint when we entered the house, it is so lovely and so well equipped and from both lounges and the master bedroom there is a fantastic panoramic view of the beach and cliffs which we never tired of all week , the whole house is tastefully decorated and lovely little touches , like binoculars by the window, dressing gowns , a welcome pack etc . All the furniture is lovely and comfy The kitchen is so well equipped didn't want for anything . The pool and spa bath on site is good as is the C bay café a welcome excuse to indulge in their breakfasts as we did . It was great we could take our dog too . The only downside was actually leaving as could of stayed for ever !
