Description

Brook Cottage is a delightful detached property that is only a 5 min walk to the beach. This cottage is in a perfect location to take a leisurely stroll along the beach with your dog.

As soon as you step into this property, you will experience the cosy feel of home from home. This newly decorated cottage, with the pebble grey kitchen is to a high spec. This modern kitchen has all integrated appliances, which is well equipped if you decide to eat in. There is a dining area in the conservatory that looks out to the very pretty garden & decking area.

The leather settes provide an excellant living area to watch Tv/Freeview, a DVD player and Wi fi

There are two double bedrooms with a double bed in each room. The bay windows allow the sun light to gleam through and enhance the neutral decor that flows through this property.

There is plenty of parking for 3/4 cars, so if you decide to take a bus into the seaside town of Herne Bay or visit the historical town of Canterbury. The bus stop is at the bottom of the road and the buses run every 15 mins. There is a 5 min walk to the train station, If you decide to travel to London for the day.

The leather settees provide a living area to watch TV/Freeview & a DVD player. Wi fi is also included.

“Perfect place for a holiday”

The bungalow was comfortable, well appointed and the perfect place to explore Tankerton and Whitstable. We would definitely wish to stay there next time we visit the area.

We had a lovely stay over Xmas with our two Jack Russells. The bungalow was clean, spacious and a great enclosed garden. It was minutes from beach walks and great local pubs.

Great location for kent coast and Canterbury. Lovely bungalow, safe for children and pets. Also great off road parking. Quiet but within walking distance of amenities and local pub.
