L'appartamento è situato all'interno di un palazzo nobiliare del XVIII secolo, in via Lincoln al 2 piano.
E' composto da: Cucina abitabile, soggiorno, 1 bagno con doccia, 2 camere da letto con letto matrimoniale.
Le stanza sono arredate con mobili moderni e curate anche nei dettagli, per dare il massimo del confort nel vostro soggiorno a Palermo.
La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro storico di Palermo: i principali monumenti sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi; dalla vicina Piazza Kalsa, Magione e Marina dove potrai trovare ristoranti e pizzerie dove potrai gustare gli splendidi piatti della cucina siciliana.
Puoi decidere di fare un tour di Palermo con i bus a due piani scoperti della sightseeing con fermata sotto casa davanti l'orto botanico. A 15 minuti a piedi anche lo storico mercato della Vucciria.
Parcheggio gratuito, in strade sottostante e nelle vicinanze.

“Excellent”
Appartement propre, calme, joliment décoré et très bien situé. Très bon accueil. Nous avons passé 4 nuits à Palerme et nous avons beaucoup aimé (Les 2 chats sont câlins et très bien éduqués...)

“Très heureux !”
Nous avons reçu un excellent accueil de Giuseppe Alberto et de son ami qui parle parfaitement le français. Ils ont pris le temps de nous donner de nombreux conseils utiles. L'appartement est très bien entretenu, bien équipé, propre et décoré avec goût. Les ouvertures donnent sur une cour à la végétation luxuriante. Le patio, ombragé par une toile tendue, est très agréable. Ce logement s'adresse aux amoureux des chats. Spasimo et Link les deux chats du propriétaire sont très attachants. Spasimo est un gros chat roux très affectueux. L’appartement est bien situé, proche de la gare et de la vieille ville.

appartement très spacieux, bien situé, la terrasse est très appréciable le propriétaire est très gentil, parle Français, et disponible conseil : il faut aimer les chats pour y habiter, l'appartement est entouré de chats errants.
