. the house is located in a garden of 1000 square meters. where there are two other villas not close to each other and divided by a fence of reeds one and a half meters high, each of them has 300 square meters available. garden, where there is a parking space for barbecue outside shower and place to hang laundry, table outside under the canopy. in common with the other two only the entrance gate. is located in marzamemi between san lorenzo and the blue island where you can choose between rocks and beach to enjoy a beautiful sea with crystal clear water. the house at the entrance has a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, tv. air conditioner, three bedrooms, two with large bed, and one with a double bed. three large fans for each bedroom., a service bathroom outside under the veranda, cpn washing machine, sink, shower and toilet. You can get to marzamemi ancient seaside village both on foot from the beach and in a few minutes by car. where you can spend pleasant evenings outdoors, with music shows, pubs, fish restaurants, pizzerias. you can also go on a sightseeing tour, go and visit the vendicari reserve, do karratoys beach, cavagrande, the beach of calamosche, known ancient baroque city, Pachino is located a few minutes by car, where you can find everything you need, supermarkets, markets, shops, pharmacies, medical guard. .
