Upon your arrival, a member of Premier Hospitality (PH) will meet you in the main lobby, assist with registering at the front desk and car and escort you and your baggage to the unit, tour of the resort and provide you with an orientation in the unit. 1.Register your car with front desk (security). a. Assigned parking permit will be assigned. Parking stall are OP1-052 & S-044. b. Key cards will be provided. c. Review safety instructions, quick tour of the facilities and general operation orientation. d. If vehicle is too large for the parking stall, please contact PH for alternate parking arrangements. 2. Upon check-out, please return the room keys to the Front Desk. A replacement fee of $50 will be charged for lost or damaged keys.
