Description
Our holiday home is about 100sqm plus 40sqm of terrace, and is the perfect place to welcome a family or a group of friends who want to find the same comforts of home while on holiday and relax in a quiet and peaceful environment. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, and is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The house is located on the ground floor of an independent building, where the owners live on the first floor, always available for every guest's need. The apartment consists of a large and bright living room / kitchen open onto the large terrace and garden, bathroom with shower and washing machine for personal use, double bedroom and loft with a 160x200 bed. There are 3 more beds available. There is also an outdoor veranda with sofas. The apartment has independent heating, air conditioning and a convenient private parking space. The very functional kitchen is equipped with an electric teapot, an espresso coffee machine, and for guests there are always waffles, biscuits, sweets for a nice break. It is possible to have breakfast or dine on the terrace in complete privacy, even taking advantage of a barbecue. The price includes a rich breakfast not served. There is a fixed contribution for the final cleaning of fifteen euros (20) that guests will pay in cash upon arrival. Guests will be given the keys for the independent entrance to the ground floor apartment of the building to which they can access at any time in full autonomy. Possible shuttle service for the airport or station, upon advance request. Maximum seriousness and cordiality is offered.
