Villa Giulia è il luogo ideale dove soggiornare perché, data la posizione, è congeniale tanto a chi vuole fare una vacanza di relax, immerso nella natura incontaminata della Riserva , un oasi naturalistica e di quiete , sia a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza in un luogo con servizi, movida e spiagge stupende,pluripremiate.
La villa è composta da un soggiorno con divano letto due posti, angolo cottura, Camera matrimoniale, bagno.
grande giardino e spazi eterni coperti ed ancora una dependance con ampia camera matrimoniale, vista mare con accesso diretto alla Riserva, secondo bagno esterno,
Posto auto privato.

L'intera villa é a completa ed esclusiva disponibilità degli ospiti.
Personalmente sarò sul posto ad accogliere gli ospiti,
lieta di indicare i luoghi più suggestivi dove fare il bagno o consigliare escursioni ed eventuali ristoranti in paese .
Villa Giulia a Calamancina , una delle zone più esclusive di San Vito Lo Capo.
Distante dalla bolgia cittadina.
Data la posizione e l'esposizione è una delle poche case da cui potere ammirare il mare e godere di spettacolari tramonti.
A San Vito Lo Capo , la vista del tramonto é un privilegio , poiché dal Paese è impossibile
Essendo un po' fuori dal centro, regala la possibilità di ammirare cieli stellati, lambitii dalla luce del faro.
Villa Giulia si trova a meno 800 mt dal centro di San Vito Lo Capo e altrettanti dalla prima caletta della Riserva di Calamancina, Monte Cofano.
A pochi km dalla riserva dello Zingaro, a 45 minuti d'auto da Erice.
San Vito Lo Capo é ben collegata, anche con servizio bus, con gli aeroporti di Palermo Falcone Borsellino e di Trapani Birgit.

Response from the owner Questa recensione mi ha fatto sorridere. Evidente tentativo, piuttosto maldestro, ingenuo e puerile di spostare l’attenzione dal danno causato e di cui non si vuole rispondere a casa mia. Neanche 24 dopo l’arrivo, questo gruppo di 4 persone, aveva già intasato due water, gettando carta igienica e/o altro, creando un blocco alla fognatura! Avvisatami del problema, sono intervenuta tempestivamente, ho provveduto in tempo reale a risolverlo, richiedendo l’intervento urgente prima di un manutentore e poi dello spurgo pozzi neri. Risolto il problema e fatto ripulire dalla signora delle pulizie il tutto, ho parlato al telefono con la moglie di Federico, che ha prenotato su AIRBNB, alla quale ho fatto un ulteriore raccomandazione di non gettare più nulla nei water. Mi sarei aspettata , come accade tra gente civile, non dico delle scuse per l’increscioso evento che voglio sperare non sia stato doloso, ma almeno una rassicurazione, una maggiore attenzione per il futuro. Invece niente, neanche un leggero imbarazzo, dimostrando così di non avere nessun rispetto per le cose altrui. Per questo mi sono risoluta a chiedere il risarcimento del danno subito e quindi l’intervento di Airbnb. Non lo avrei mai fatto, e finora non è mai capitato sia perché ritengo che piccoli incidenti si possano sempre verificare e sia perché considero gli ospiti non clienti ma alla stregua dei miei amici. Come se ciò non bastasse, contattati da Airbnb, al fine di risolvere in maniera amichevole la questione, nel rispetto dello spirito della community Airbnb, questi ospiti, hanno sprecato il tempo residuo della vacanza a fotografare dettagli della casa che potessero mettere me e Villa Giulia in cattiva luce. Non vale neanche la pena replicare, se non precisare che la descrizione di Villa Giulia è dettagliata e rispondente al vero, anzi gli ospiti a casa trovano molto di più di quanto indicato, perché mi piace che trovino gradite sorprese(per esempio la cucina esterna della quale straparla). per non parlare della pulizia della casa alla quale tengo particolarmente, infatti appena arrivati loro stesse si sono complimentati con Antonio che gli ha aperto casa. Nonostante lo sforzo di fare apparire Villa Giulia una stamberga e me un pessimo host, resta da provare il nesso eziologico tra le “brutture di casa mia” ed il danno creato da lui ed il suo gruppo. Quanto esposto non lo esonera dalla responsabilità di risarcire il danno causato, controversia ancora aperta su Airbnb , di cui ovviamente tace. Mi prendo la libertà di parlare a nome della community degli host per chiarire che la recensione, strumento importante al fine di migliorare l’ospitalità, affinchè gli ospiti si sentano a casa propria, ratio ispiratrice della homesharing, non è uno strumento ricattatorio, un’arma nelle mani dell’ospite scorretto pronto a rovinare il lavoro e la passione che, nel caso di specie, ho dedicato e dedico all’ospitalità e a Villa Giulia, la mia casa che amo. Mi affido all'intelligenza del lettore ed alle altre recensioni rilasciate da viaggiatori soddisfatti del soggiorno a Villa Giulia . Certamente sconsiglio di ospitare ancora questo gruppo che oltre al danno causato alle tubature ha lasciato la casa devastata, credo proprio a dispetto .
