Description
Villa Canto del Mare is a lovely Sicilian holiday villa built in front of the sea and next to sandy beaches. It offers a magnificent garden and large sea view terraces. The location between the towns of Balestrate and Terrasini is ideal to visit the North and West of Sicily.
The holiday property is divided into three independent levels of which one is set at a higher point to the others. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with large dinging table for ‘Al Fresco’ dining.
Villa Canto del Mare has been tastefully furnished and the rooms are cosy and comfortable, each with a superb view of the sea and the gulf. There is a path through the garden area to the sea. Villa Canto del Mare can accommodate up to 14 guests still feeling private.
The nearest village to Villa Canto del Mare is Trappeto (3.2km) which is where you can find shops and amenities as well as a long sandy beach that stretches for miles.
Nearby places that are worth visiting are Balestrate (8km) with a long sandy beach, Scopello and it's surrondings (33km), the Tonnara di Scopello and Zingaro Nature Reserve, and Terrasini (9km), a town well known for its pebble beaches and cliffs, a gorgeous coastline and good restaurants with outdoor terraces. The temple of Segesta or daytrips to Palermo, the cultural heart of Sicily are an ideal way of combining your sea and sun holidays and with the history and architecture of this amazing historical city.

Extras payable in cash at destination: Final cleaning EUR 120, linen and towels EUR 12/person and set, where applicable additional electricity consumption EUR 0.40 per kWh. A late check-in can be arranged EUR 30 for arrivals between 21:00h and 00:00h, EUR 50 after 00:00
Please note that for this accommodation a refundable breakage security deposit of EUR 500 is required.
