Description

Modern house set in a quiet cul de sac with private parking. The house itself is clean, modern and tastefully decorated. The bedrooms are spacious with one en suite, main bathroom and downstairs shower room. The house is wheelchair accessible with one double bedroom downstairs.

Minutes walk from shops, pubs, restaurants, children's playground, health and leisure centre and the Tintean Theatre. Two blue flag beaches are only a 5 minute walk away. There is plenty to do for all ages.

The house itself is clean, modern and tastefully decorated, it consists of a fully fitted kitchen with all integrated appliances.

Sitting room consists of TV/DVD player with electric fire. Shower room/WC and one double bedroom downstairs. Upstairs consists of 2 large bedrooms with 1 en suite, 1 single bedroom and main bathroom.

There are also dishwasher, wash machine, dryer, cooker, microwave, Iron and iron board.

Please note for the winter months ESB is metered and €50 extra for use of oil.

You will not be disappointed with this house, it is genuinely fabulous. Everything you need is there, house is absolutely spotless . Beds were so comfortable. As a family we truly enjoyed our holiday in this magnificent house. We can't wait to stay here again

“Fabulous spacious house in a great location for Ballybunion and exploring the local area.”

The accommodation is fabulous, so spacious and so well located in beautiful Ballybunion for all bars and restaurants on Main Street and for access to the brilliant beaches and cliff walk. We had a wonderful time and I have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation. We are a family of 4 who were all sad to leave the house and we would definitely all come back.
