Close to Castellammare del Golfo in the sunny valley of Fraginesi you find this freestanding 60-square meter-house. It has a 55 square meter roof terrace, from where you can see not only the sea, but also the tranquil surroundings with a 360-degree-view. On the spacious, covered front terrace you can enjoy beautiful warm evenings with a glass of delicious sicilian wine. There is an outdoor shower and a barbecue in the 1300 square meter garden. The kitchen-cum-living-room has an oven, a gas hob, a fridge freezer and a sofa bed. The digital TV has different, but mostly Italian channels. The two bedrooms have a double bed and two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. A hairdryer and ceiling-fans are there, but no laundry. This house is ideal for people who like it quiet and do like to have plenty of outside space . The interior is comfortable but simple. The price-performance ratio and the great environment and the outlook make this holiday a good name .
The beach of Scopello ( Guidaloca ) is about 5 kilometers away, as well as the Playa of Castellammare. Shopping in Castellammare del Golfo (4 km).

Es verfügt über eine 55 Quadratmeter große Dachterrasse, von wo aus man nicht nur das Meer sieht, sondern einen 360-Grad-Blick auf die ruhige Umgebung hat. Auf der großzügigen, überdachten Terrasse vor dem Haus kann man die schönen warmen Abendstunden bei einem Glas leckeren sizilianischen Wein genießen. Im rund 1300 Quadratmeter großen Garten befindet sich eine Außendusche und ein Grill. In der Wohnküche mit Backofen, Gasherd und Kühl-/Gefrierkombination befindet sich auch ein Schlafsofa, so dass im Prinzip sechs Personen hier Platz finden. Der digitale Fernseher verfügt über verschiedene, aber hauptsächlich italienische Kanäle. In den beiden Schlafzimmern stehen ein Doppelbett und zwei Einzelbetten. Das Bad hat Dusche, WC, Bidet und Waschbecken. Fön und Ventilatoren sind vorhanden, aber keine Waschmaschine. Dieses Haus ist ideal für Menschen, die es ruhig mögen und gerne viel Platz draußen haben wollen. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, aber jeglicher Komfort gegeben. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und die tolle Umgebung sowie der Ausblick machen dieses Ferienhaus zu einer guten Adresse.
Der Strand von Scopello (Guidaloca) ist etwa 5 Kilometer entfernt, wie auch die Playa von Castellammare. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Castellammare del Golfo (4 Kilometer).
