Just six miles from Killarney this spectacular property is set in a stunning location boasting fantastic views of Lake Guitane and the surrounding mountains. It has two solid fuel burning open fires coupled with luxury decor and furnishings. There is a spacious conservatory ideal for relaxing at the end of a day exploring this spectacular scenic area. There is a choice of two lakes within walking distance and nearby are the National Park, Muckross House and Gardens.Shop. Pub. Restaurant 2.5 miles. Beach 25 miles. GF: lounge, lounge/kitchen/diner, conservatory, 2 doubles, kingsize double with ensuite shower room, bathroom with separate shower. FF: double, two sets of twin beds with walk-in wardrobe, bathroom.Oil by meter read, electricity supplement of EUR50, linen and towels included, cot, high chair, stair gate, TV, music centre, dvd player, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, w/machine, dryer, internet access, hairdryer, alarm clock, uk tv channels, fully enclosed garden, private off road parking. “Fabulous location, huge house, very comfortable, all amenities”

15 minutes outside Killarney, sensational views & location. Bedrooms large & comfortable, huge kitchen diner. 2 separate sitting rooms, plus conservatory.. Competitively priced.

Excellent modern clean house, in a very scenic area , Your car is essential as it is in the country although Killarney town is only 6 miles away about a 10 to 15 min drive,Muckross, Torc waterfall etc… More

Response from the manager I would like to thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. I have now replaced the mattresses in question with brand new ones, so hopefully now everyone can get a much better nights sleep. Just in regards to the confusion with the shower upstairs this is worked by turning on the immersion switch located downstairs in the hotpress, information regarding this shower is in the hand book that is provided for you on arrival along with other information about the house. The other 2 showers in the house are electric. I am delighted that you enjoyed your stay in my holiday home and hope to see you again in the near future.
