This well-presented mid-terrace cottage is in the centre of Colchester in Essex and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Dutch Cottage is a well-presented mid-terrace cottage in the centre of Colchester in Essex. The cottage sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a kitchen, dining room and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Set conveniently in the centre of the town, with access to the countryside and the coast, Dutch Cottage is a great place for a holiday at any time of the year.
Note: One well-behaved dog welcome.

Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk. Note: staircase is steep and narrow may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
Region: Picturesque rolling Fens, unspoilt beaches, and pretty waterways East Anglia is a dream holiday destination. Norfolk offers beaches, saltmarshes and quaint villages whilst equally as charming are the coast and countryside of Suffolk.
Town: Colchester is a historic, large town in the region of Essex. It has been named as one of the fastest growing towns. Colchester is 50 miles northeast of London with links by road and by rail, as well as within easy reach of Stansted Airport. The river Colne runs through the town of Colchester which then leads to Mersea Island. Colchester today is a thriving, modern town with great visitor attractions including Colchester Zoo and Colchester Castle, as well as fantastic places to eat, drink and shop.
