Chimneys is a Grade ll listed property situated in the heart of Alnwicks medieval market town and provides a wonderful base for touring Northumberland's beautiful coastline as well as easy access to the Cheviots and picturesque countryside which is teaming with walks, rivers, forests, mountain bike trails and many places of historical interest.

Chimneys is only a 3 minute walk from the magical Alnwick gardens which holds different themed events throughout the year, The Treehouse ( a unique dinning experience) and Alnwick Castle.

The Castle has a rich history and is the second largest inhabited castle in the country. Alnwick Castle has played starring roles in a number of film and TV productions, as the magnificent Brancaster Castle in DOWNTON ABBEY, it has also appeared as Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry in the HARRY POTTER films. Recently Alnwick has played host to superstar actors Sir Anthony Hopkins & Mark Wahlberg as they filmed scenes for TRANSFORMERS!!

The Castle hosts different events throughout the year as well as providing archery, knight battles and broomstick training on a regular basis.

Regular farmers markets and festivals take place within the town.

Chimneys has 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom, inviting lounge, modern kitchen, sun room and private court yard. We aim to provide a luxury home from home holiday experience.

Bed linen, towels and hot water are all included.

All well behaved dogs welcome.

The property is a situated only a short walk from an array of coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, shops and playhouse.
