Description

Modern, high spec detached holiday home on the edge of Dartmoor.

The kitchen, dining and living area are open plan adding to the spacious feel.

TV with freeview channels and separate DVD player.

A total 2 double beds and 4 single beds spread across 4 large bedrooms.

Upstairs a family bathroom with corner bath and downstairs a shower/WC room.

Outside is a fenced and decked area with a private hot-tub (only available March to October and Christmas/New Year).

There is also a large grassed area and children’s playground adjacent to the lodge.

All beds have duvets and pillows, linen and towels are supplied.

Price includes electricity.

The price also includes full access to the Honicombe Park leisure facilities including the swimming pools and gym.

Within half a mile is the Donkey Park.

Down the road is the Nation Trust Cotehele House and gardens

The historic Morwellham Quay is just the other side of the Tamar River.

The St Mellion golf resort is only 7 miles away.

The same distance in the other direction is Dartmoor National Park.

Further afield is the city of Plymouth; the Eden Project; Polperro; Looe; and Bodmin Moor.

“Good place lovely quiet site”

Had a lovely few days here our children particularly enjoyed the park and the indoor and outdoor pools. Staff on site seemed friendly / lovely grounds :) We didn’t feel that it was very private with the hot tub we thought that from looking at the photos it was going to be a little more enclosed. We noticed their were no batteries left in the remote controls when we arrived and their were a few things left from previous persons ie- toothbrush and a razor in the cabinet.and a sock and bobble left in the washing machine. Hot tub decided not to work on our last night also. I had read a review from 9th sept who said they had problems with the hot tub too. We had good weather apart from 1 day. A nice break away and a quiet place too. Callington close by for the local supermarket and saltash not too far either. Owner was quite responsive

How do damage deposits work?
