This attractive barn conversion is situated in the hamlet of Heights, near to Appleby-in-Westmorland in Cumbria and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.Berts Cottage is an attractive barn conversion in the hamlet of Heights near to Appleby-in-Westmorland in Cumbria. The cottage provides upside down accomodation and can sleep four people in two ground floor bedrooms as well as a ground floor bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. To the outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed patio garden with furniture. Set in a stunning location, Berts Cottage is a great place to relax and enjoy at any time of the year.
Amenities: Oil central heating with gas log effect stove. Electric oven and hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine. 2 x Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, Blu-ray, iPod dock, CD player, WiFi , selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking on courtyard for 2 cars. Enclosed patio garden with furniture. Sorry no pets and no smoking. Shops restaurants and pub 4 miles. Note: Not suitable for children under the age of 7 years due to open staircase.
