Description
Domus Alberto is a new and comfortable apartment on the first floor of an elegant villa in tuff with large garden in Porto Palo, one of the most beautiful beaches of Sicily. Just 300 meters far from the sea, from the large terrace with tuff arches you can enjoy a breathtaking view and find a dimension of peace and relaxation. Calm, suitable for families with children and small groups. ideal base for exploring the surroundings: the archaeological site of Selinunte, the picturesque Sciacca and vineyards on the sea.
The house is located on the first floor of a beautiful and new villa, built with arches in typical local tuff. A staircase leads to the large terrace overlooking the sea of Porto Palo. Part of the terrace is covered and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, chairs and deck chairs to relax while admiring the view.
Inside it is the comfortable lounge, a spacious and functional kitchen, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk bed (suitable for kids), a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with shower and bath.
The house is very cool and all windows have mosquito nets.
The outdoor area of the villa is a large garden with plants and flowers typical of the Mediterranean area.
Parking inside the property. The Internet access in the house.
Upon request, guests can use the outdoor shower coming back from the beach, and the barbecue in the garden. The garden is a shared area, to be used with respect for keeping calm and privacy of all.
