The Villa that I propose, is located just 30 meters from the sea, in the wonderful coast of Mongerbino to Capo Zafferano, is located downstream of the provincial road that connects the seaside village of Aspra with Porticello
This Villa is a clear example of modern architecture, which integrates perfectly into a precious natural Mediterranean environment
The Villa develops a relationship with the surrounding nature that will amaze you, it is of the highest quality of housing where every indoor and outdoor environment enhances the elegant features of an exceptional site, is set in a 3000 sqm plot, characterized by a typically Mediterranean vegetation, with olive trees, dwarf palms, agaves, this plot of land, has been deliberately maintained in its natural state by inserting only paths that lead to the terraces overlooking the sea
The Villa is composed of a first level, entering there is a first large single central space (entrance-dining room-living room with fireplace) with a large window, which gives access to the main covered terrace in the shape of a semicircle, which It is located right in front of the sea, with a wonderful panoramic view of Capo Zafferano and the surrounding coastline, on the right there is a further terrace with a barbeque area
From the main space of the internal Villa it is possible to access the kitchen and the two double bedrooms, one of which has its own independent anteroom. Each bedroom has its own very large and well-kept bathroom with relative shower
The furniture is of modern international historical design, the furniture, the wardrobes and the sideboards are all flush (built-in) made to measure solid wood
From the main covered terrace of the first level, you access the annex which is the second level via a staircase, this can comfortably accommodate 3 people as there is a double bed and a single. It is a space designed to be, if desired, totally independent , there is in fact a living area, a kitchen and of course another bathroom with shower
From this second level there is access to a further very sunny terrace with outdoor shower, here you can stop in comfortable deckchairs, from here the path that leads directly to the pitches to the sea
This place can amaze you every morning, giving you new scenarios every day. In conclusion it is a perfect place for an exclusive holiday and maximum relaxation, it is only a half hour away from Palermo where it is possible to live like an island in the middle of the Mediterranean sea.
