Villa Begonia Grande is a charming two-story apartment that is part of a villa located on top of a small hill. It sleeps 17 people. From Villa Begonia Grande you will enjoy a splendid view of the Pesa Valley and of Montelupo Fiorentino. Villa Begonia Grande is 250 square meters (2690 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a nice private terrace, a private patio, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Montelupo Fiorentino, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile).

Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will have a nice view of the Tuscan hills.

The garden is 3000 square meters (32300 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof and by fruit trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a fenced children's playground. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Tuscan hills.

Ground FloorKitchen

You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. The furnishings are modern and comfortable. It is well equipped, with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!), a toaster and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a flat-screen satellite television (local channels). From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio. The room has a window with a view of the greenery, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the kitchen. The furnishings are elegant. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include two armchairs. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the greenery. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). The room has a high window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.

Bedroom 3 with en-suite bathroom

You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door.
