Description
This semi-detached house is in the resort of Pendra Loweth near Falmouth and can sleep up to 3 people in two bedrooms.Two Hoots is in the holiday village of Pendra Loweth, near Falmouth, close to beaches and all the amenities you would find within a large town. There are two bedrooms sleeping up to three people and a good sized family bathroom with bath and shower over. The living area is open plan with kitchen, dining and sitting area. Outside there is a patio area for sole use and also large communal gardens on which to sit and enjoy the sun or run around. The property has off road parking for one car and onsite facilities including a small plunge pool (not available until Easter) and tennis court.
Note: Sorry, no sign written vans or commercial vehicles are permitted at Pendra Loweth, Village of Gardens resort.

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV, DVD, WiFi. Power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for one car as well as visitors parking close by. Patio area with furniture as well as communal gardens and onsite facilities, small plunge pool, tennis court and children's play area, seasonal opening times apply. One well-behaved dog welcome (to be kept downstairs at all times and not allowed on the furniture). Sorry, no smoking. Restaurant and pub within 1 mile. Beach within 1 mile. Shops 3 miles. Note: The shared splash/plunge pool is approximately 3 metres on either side with a 1.4 metre ******** has a maximum capacity of 4 people at any one time. Note: Car charging points are available outside of the office next to the disabled car parking bay.
Region: Cornwall's visitors are constantly tempted back to the beautiful coastline, tiny fishing villages, hidden coves and the world-class surfing. Whatever the reason, Cornwall has long cemented its place as one of Britain's premier holiday destinations.
Town: Falmouth, with its magnificent natural harbour (the third largest in the world), winding streets and beaches, will keep you occupied for hours. The town's old harbourside pubs, excellent shopping, art gallery and stunning National Maritime Museum simply complete the picture. Pendennis Castle, built by Henry VIII, is Falmouth's most popular attraction, sited on its own peninsula with superb panoramic sea views. Across from Falmouth harbour is the beautiful town of St Mawes, surrounded by the rocky coves, sandy beaches and lush green countryside of the Roseland Peninsula. Go there by car (15 miles) or take the passenger ferry from Falmouth (15 minutes).

“Great location to visit Cornwall”
