Newly renovated independent Holiday Home In the heart of Tuscany in Castellina Marittima, on the Etruscan Coast, on the hill 15 km from the sea, in a wonderful position with a wide view of the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago between the province of Pisa, Livorno, Siena, Florence a few km from Volterra, 5km from the Lamatzon Capa di Pomaia institute (among the most important in Europe), in a few km you can reach characteristic towns such as Castiglioncello, Castagneto Carducci, Bolgheri, the white beaches of Vada. With a difference in altitude of 400 meters you can make the sea by day and rest in a cool place at night, without having to turn on the air conditioning, ideal for holidays. Located between the main square of the town and the public gardens, you can walk to scenic routes up to a height of 700 meters with a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and neighboring islands, the country offers typical Tuscan restaurants, food, pharmacy, bar, games for children, eco museum, festivals and village festivals, paths for walks, walks, the scent of the countryside. Whole rental Newly renovated detached house furnished in a rustic and modern style with part of internal stone walls with a view, with sea view. Ground floor composed of: Entrance, Hall, Kitchen, Three-bed room, Service bathroom and pantry laundry room. 1st floor composed of: Double and Bathroom Room, with parking space available in front of the house. The house can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 3 children. In the spring our countryside is beautiful, full of colors and scents ..... all to be explored. Linen is included. The kitchen is complete with dishes, glasses, cutlery and everything you need to stay. We are sure that you will be satisfied if you decide to stay in our house to learn about the beautiful Tuscany ... we are waiting for you !!! I am available for INFO and PHOTO. At the beginning of the stay a security deposit of 100 euros must be left which will be returned to you at the end of your stay. In the months from September to May we rent for minimum 2 days. In the months of June, July and August we rent only a week from Saturday to Saturday.
